Oh, wait, I think that wonderful song could actually be in a series! Or maybe not, the japanese part is as good a the engrish one.

Godawful Fan Fiction

After having laughed hysterically at http://explosionedafire.ytmnd.com/, which has been posted in [info]eolo's journal, I decided to share some more really bad fanfiction, which is something that always puts a sincere evil grin on my face and never fails to make me laugh.

http://www.godawful.net/

It's too bad that most of the fanfiction links are broken, but there are reviews with the worst (or best, depending on the point of view) lines from each work of creative delight. I reccomend The Lord of The Rings section.

(And next time im being violently raped by a group of Orcs ill say"go away you bastard".)

I happen to have an account at Gaia Online. I never lost much time there, the highlight of it is having really cute costumizable avatars. And, because my account is ancient, I suddenly became filthy rich, and started doing what I wanted with my costumizable avatar. Guess what comes next.

Stolen from [info]eolo.

One word to describe me ... just one single word.
Leave it in my comments.
Then post this message on your journal (or not) and see how many strange and interesting things people say about you!

I am a copycat. I FEEL like a copycat. And I don't care. Doing memes is fun. And this particular one caught my eye. How many memes are exclusively focused on your bad qualities? This one was shamelessely copied from [info]eolo's jornal.

Another meme... That's right. Sponsored by our friend [info]akichan42 . All the stuff you have always wanted to know about me and never had the courage to ask... Yeah, right.

Dear Santa...

Dear Santa,

This year I've been busy!

Last Thursday I gave [info]eolo  a life-saving blood transfusion (50 points). Last Wednesday I broke [info]hagu_haru 's X-Box (-12 points). In July I bought porn for [info]seni_hime  (10 points). In September I set [info]jackie_tekila 's puppy on fire (-66 points). Last Monday I helped [info]akichan42  hide a body (-173 points).

Overall, I've been naughty (-191 points). For Christmas I deserve a lump of coal!

Sincerely,
bonnniepink

The P Songs!

Following [info]eolo's yet another song meme, I have compiled a list of songs. It was a hard thing to do and the list is somewhat repetitive, but I decided to go for the songs I really like instead of trying not to repeat artists. His Eoliness charged me with the letter "P".

Perfect - Fairground Atraction
Povo que lavas no Rio - Amália Rodrigues
Possibly Maybe - Björk
Pagan Poetry - Björk
(A) Perfect Sky - Bonnie Pink (I believe that counts)
Private Laughter - Bonnie Pink
Precious Things - Tori Amos
Pandora's Aquarium - Tori Amos
Professional Widow - Tori Amos
Poison - Utena OST

The thought that crossed my mind most times was "Why doesn't THAT song start with a P?!"

The Song Meme!

The meme that will answer the most complex questions in your life, in the most random of ways!

The song meme was shamelessly stolen from [info]eolo, so were the rules!

Rules!
1. Put your music player on shuffle.
2. Press forward for each question.
3. Use the song title as the answer to the question even if it doesn’t make sense.
4. With the answers, give your own comments on how it relates to the questions.

Everyone is tagged! Play along!

Tori on Britney

Felizes Para Sempre
On September the 11th, on a concert in Melborne, Tori Amos performed a song for Britney Spears.

Lyrics are as it follows:

Britney, they set you up
But you drank from their cup
Britney, they set you up
Oh, but this is what it looks like, love,
This is what is looks like

When a star falls down
When a star falls down

Well, maybe you're a mother
But you still need your mother
Yes, I may be a mother
But I still need a mother
To pick me up
Yes, to pick me up

When it all falls down
When it all falls down

Britney, they set you up
Is your contract winding up?
But you drank from the cup
Boy, this is what it looks like
Yes, I said, this is, this is what it looks like, Disney, yes

When a star falls down
When a star falls down

You may be a mother
Baby, you still need a mother
Yes, I may be a mother
But I still need a mother
To pick me up
Yes, to pick me up

When it all falls down
When it all falls down
When it all falls, all falls down
When it all falls down (more)

Only Tori to pull such a thing.
This was much more effective then the "LEAVE HER ALONE!" thing.

This has made me incredibly happy. I'm gonna share the love:

It has also reminded me that I really like CLAMP and would love to know them better, especially the older and/or less popular stuff.

(I'm off to read the RG Veda manga, I loved seeing Ashura. And the Magic Knights. And Sumomo and Kotoko were just too cute. And the Card Captor Sakura team. And all those characters I have no ties to, but who looked great. I hate you, CLAMP, only you to make me enjoy fanservice with characters I don't even know.)

And, despite the fact that the anime sucked, I discovered that I really like Kurogane and Fye.

Lua Adversa

Oscar Cinderella
"Tenho fases, como a lua
Fases de andar escondida,
fases de vir para a rua...
Perdição da minha vida!
Perdição da vida minha!
Tenho fases de ser tua,
tenho outras de ser sozinha.

Fases que vão e que vêm,
no secreto calendário
que um astrólogo arbitrário
inventou para meu uso.

E roda a melancolia
seu interminável fuso!
Não me encontro com ninguém
(tenho fases, como a lua...)
No dia de alguém ser meu
não é dia de eu ser sua...
E, quando chega esse dia,
o outro desapareceu..."

Passo a apresentar a resposta de Natália Correia à afirmação convicta do deputado João Morgado:

Já que o coito - diz Morgado -
tem como fim cristalino,
preciso e imaculado
fazer menina ou menino;
e cada vez que o varão
sexual petisco manduca,
temos na procriação
prova de que houve truca-truca.

Sendo pai só de um rebento,
lógica é a conclusão
de que o viril instrumento
só usou - parca ração! -
uma vez. E se a função
faz o órgão - diz o ditado -
consumada essa excepção,
ficou capado o Morgado.

Achei isto absolutamente brilhante.

What Be Your Nerd Type?
Your Result: Artistic Nerd

Whether it's painting, sewing, drawing, arts and crafts; or just splashing paint onto a canvas and calling it art; you mostly fit this description. Lots of people envy the artists, but be humble and keep working on it. There is a shortage of true artists today who actually contribute anything to society.

What type of person do you attract?
Your Result: You attract artsy people!

Those free spirited artists with great imaginations find you interesting. They are usually interesting themselves, so its not a bad thing, but they CAN be a bit wifty and choose odd goals. If you like life to always be a bit 'different' from the norm, but not too extreme in any one direction, these are the people for you. If you seek logical decision making skills and good money management, you may want to change something in the way you appear. Artsy people are fun for adventure and exploring, so, have fun! (smoking weed helps too)

You attract geeks!
You attract Yuppies!
You attract unstable people!
You attract models!
You attract rednecks!

The names of Portuguese villages never cease to amaze me. In a recent trip to the interior of the country, I found a road sign to a place called... Fail. Exactly, Fail.

Already inside Viseu, I also discovered that fair Fail has an hospital, upon seeing a bus which clearly said "Fail Hospital".
